Negative lifestyle choices reduce a couple’s chances of conceiving each month, and they add up to the extent that couples with four or more negative lifestyle factors are seven times more likely to be sub-fertile. Couples with four out of the following five lifestyle choices take seven times longer to get pregnant on average: iii
